B.2.2 Using DOS Command

To update BIOS in the DOS environment, prepare a USB flash drive that contains boot

files and BIOS updating files shown in the figure below and follow the steps below to

update BIOS.

Step 1: Connect the USB flash drive to the system. Boot-up the system into DOS. Input

commands to get into the directory of the BIOS updating files

(ex. cd (folder name)).
